Lack of Feedback - Stalled Shipments - Unable to Contact Anyone

Absolutely trash! Cannot get hold of anyone for 2 weeks to find out what is happening with my shipment. South Africa branch says they are waiting for feedback from US branch, but the same rubbish excuses everyday. Been using this service for over 10 years now and perhaps 1 out of 100's of shipments has ever just gone right without hiccups. Time to find an alternative - Not wasting my time and money on useless services and lack of communications with customers. You can kiss my rear-end goodbye, CIAO

Hi, I ordered 2 items and used one of your UK addresses, but even after the items were delivered to the UK address it didn't show up on the app. It was delivered around 34 days ago, and I'm a bit concerned. I re checked if I put the right address, and I'm sure it was delivered because it says it on the tracking and there is proof. I have screenshots and proof, I couldn't contact you guys on your site for some reason it didn't let me submit it. This is the address I used and the proof of delivery for the package.

My packages were delivered to their warehouse in NY. I have tracking and proof by photos. They say there is no record and it's too late to complain. 7 days is a joke . You don't even have time to realise they didn't record the receipt. Where are the packages that were received? Why is there no record when I have proof of delivery.

Dear I was requested to pay a value of 115jod is a lot for a purchase very similar in price and weight to the previous packages in weight and price as shown in attachment. Kindly give me a proper reason of the requested amount. Clearance for what? And why the discrepancy in payment each time. I have an order from Nike which weight the same and paid only 15 jod as attached. I have a the previous order with same value of money which I paid 20 jod for!! As also attached I just got the previous sweater similar weight and only paid 20jod You cant request an amount without an explaination especially if my exact previous order was a similar amount weight and price wise, where I paid 20jod for the previous order and this youre asking for x5 the amount. Dear all, I am complaining about what happened to me today which was a very shameful and disappointing experience. Suddenly I was surprised that my shipment was put into rescheduling, but I was waiting for it since morning after I got the message that it is out for delivery and paid the delivery fee. I contacted the customer service and they called the driver and he told that he called me and someone answered him and told that nobody was at home. Of course this is absolutely incorrect because I was waiting for his call. After that I called the customer service again and another employee called him again to check if he could deliver the same day and he said another reason that he called and nobody answered him. So it turned out that he was lying because he gave two different reasons about rescheduling. Anyway, I called the customer service again and asked them to tell the driver that 'i will go to him to receive my package in order not to take back to the store and waiting for another rescheduling " . They said ok and called him and then told me where to go and I went to him because I needed the shipment that day. When I saw him I asked if he really called by phone, first he said yes but when I showed him my calls log and asked him to show me when he called, he was worried and nervous and told me that it was not his duty to go my area and he was working instead of his colleague. In short, I understood finally that he was really lying about contacting me or he found it busy and never tried again because he was annoyed that he had extra work instead of his colleague. It was a very bad and disappointing experience actually and I think this kind of employee must be punished. Final note: I would like to thank all the customer service ladies who was so understanding and helpful and helped me until I reached my shipment. Thank you

I ordered a mont blanc glasses frame from ebay on 18th of may, and on 20, they delivered my shipment to shop and ship, since that day and iam in a complete lose of my mind.. i cannot track my shipment and even they cant give update about status of my shipment .. after 5 days i found my profile is updated and telling shipment on hold !!!. And when i send to them as usual there is no any update they just keep telling "we are here to help you and we will contact you".. when i ask a question they just keep saying we are putting close eye on the situation !!! What is that !!! What kind of service it is !!! i advise anyone not use that service and find a substitute.

I needed some medical items urgently for a sick patient in Dubai, and the items were available in Singapore. I ordered it online and gave the Shop & Ship address of Singapore. This process was done earlier several times and I never had any issue. The items were delivered on the 11th of April, but I never received any notification from shop Ship. I checked with the company of the medical item, andd they told me the items were delivered urgently by their driver and sent me proof of delivery with the signature of the Aramex staff as well as the official stamp of Aramex logistics. I contacted Shp&Ship and received some of the most unacceptable responses which no self-respecting person or company would ever give. One of the replies by email was exactly worded as this, Even we cannot find your items! Whereas on Twitter their staff was more intent on mocking me and kept on repeatedly asking me to show proof delivery in spite of the fact that I uploaded the document several times! Each time this disgusting staff typed the same message with a smirking sarcastic emoticon as if he was mocking me which is totally unacceptable and I will not remain silent on this! Ultimately, it was through my own earnest efforts by contacting the office in Singapore and reaching out to their VIP office manager that they did find the items and dispatched it bAramex. . It was clearly a major lapse on their part. Needless to say, the items arrived too late and the patient's condition worsened due to this mess and I have a supporting medical report to testify this matter as well. Not at any time did I feel I got any support from their team either by email or social media platforms and this warrants a legal complaint specially upon their staff who mocked me repeatedly by asking for proof of delivery even though the proof was sent.

I need to express my utter dissatisfaction with the way my matter was dealt with by Shop& Ship. I have been a regular and loyal customer and have never faced this issue.
